I came to Mr Ross after researching for the best surgeon in my area, I have to say that I have not been dissapointed. He is very honest and does not encourage treatment that you don't need. I never felt uncomfotable and all of his staff go over and above to make sure that your treatment aftercare and recovery goes smoothly. I am thrilled with my results and would highly recommend Mr Rosd to anyone who is looking for cosmetic treatment.

I am so pleased with the results of my surgery by Mr Ross. From my first consultation to post the operation I received the best care by himself and all staff, as well as an outcome I only ever imagined. I went to see Mr Ross last year regarding a Mastopexy Implant. I had quite a substantial weight loss after a gastric bypass which left me with what can only be described as spaniels ears where I once had boobs, I had a few consultations with different doctors, but just wasn't happy with them so decided to speak to the hospital where I'd had my weight loss surgery to see if they could recommend anybody, they recommended Mr Ross. I was told he was the man for the job as I needed more breast reconstruction rather than cosmetic surgery as all I really had left was skin. Appointment made, I went for a consultation. I found Mr Ross to be very friendly but straight talking, he explained everything in great detail, talked through my options with me, spoke about possible complications and showed me what I could expect realistically from surgery and said I should take time to think about it and not just jump straight in, and should see him again in 3 months. I have had some trauma in my life in the past which caused me to over eat, I did see a therapist regarding these issues before I had my weight loss surgery and explained this to Mr Ross, he said he needed some up to date information to make sure I was suitable for surgery and that I fully understood what I was doing, and the reasoning behind me wanting surgery. He was very thorough and covered every angle but also very reasonable and helpful (So was his secretary Vicki) when I came up against an obstacle. I'm pleased to say all info gathered and two more consultations later I'm booked in for my surgery in a months time. I did like the fact that Mr Ross is straight talking and very thorough and that he made sure I was suitable and more importantly that I was ready for surgery. I'd just like to say I know it's a long time between my initial consultation and getting surgery but that is actually down to me taking time to make sure it was right for me and not down to Mr Ross.
